The one constant is change, and with any grant this applies to staff as much as any other aspect of grants management. Join us as we hear from Brent Ellis, Project Director for Pellissippi State Community College’s TechHire grant as he shares his approach to ensuring consistency, cross-training, and compliance. In the first part of this webinar, the audience will have an opportunity to engage in dialogue to discuss approaches and brainstorm solutions to staff transitions. The second part of the webinar will focus on new hires across TechHire grantees, showcasing key resources available within the New Staff Resource CoP Page and Quick Guide. These tools provide a central location for many of the tools and information new TechHire grantee staff will find useful to in their everyday job responsibilities.
